Cannabis Product Returns

Due to Maryland state regulations, cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave the dispensary. All sales are final.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase:

Provide your receipt and order number
Describe the issue with photos if possible
Keep the product in its original packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Accessories & Merchandise

Non-cannabis items (accessories, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Items must be unused and in original condition.
